I maintain strict compliance to federal, state and local laws and company guidelines while building a 24 MW, 8 turbine windfarm on an ancient lava flow. This site is both environmentally sensitive and full of archeological artifacts. This project has a significant amount of challenges, especially logistically. I also perform accurate accident and incident investigations. I perform weekly/monthly project safety audits and site specific orientations for RMT and all subcontractors.

Ensured strict compliance to federal, state and local laws and company guidelines while constructing a 69MW, 30 turbine windfarm on an environmentally sensitive site. Supervised spill cleanup efforts when hazardous materials were involved. Performed accurate accident and incident investigations.

Performed weekly/monthly project safety audits and site specific orientations. Instituted a safety incentive program based on participation in our behavior based safety program. Performed all necessary lockout/tagout procedures in order for a safe start up and commissioning.
